Role: Business Analyst
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Location: Central Belt, Scotland (3 days onsite) with travel across England & Wales (a few times per month - expensed)
iO Associates is supporting a growing organisation delivering large-scale digital and operational transformation across the UK energy sector.
They are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join a cross-functional product team delivering a complex digital platform used by both office and field-based teams. You'll play a key role in translating business needs into clear product requirements and supporting agile delivery.
You'll work closely with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements, refine backlogs, and help deliver new digital capabilities.
