Mechanical Design Engineer - Building Services
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (plus bonus, hybrid work, medical cover, 33 days holiday)
Responsibilities
* Designed building services systems across healthcare, defence, and residential projects.
* Collaborated with multi‑disciplinary teams and clients to deliver on time and within budget.
* Produced compliant technical designs and documentation in line with current standards.
Qualifications
* Engineering degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
* Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit with experience across varied building services projects.
* Able to work to tight deadlines, particularly on defence work, while managing budgets effectively.
