At Early Autism Services, we are on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We are immediately hiring enthusiastic candidates from diverse backgrounds to provide personalized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-11 in a nurturing environment.
As an RBT, you will receive comprehensive training to help you build your career and enhance your skills. You will work under the guidance of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, primarily in clinics, but occasionally in clients' homes or community-based environments. This dynamic role requires both physical and mental energy, offering engaging and interactive experiences with your clients.

What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
* Registered Behavior Technician certification per the BACB
* BCBA student preferred but not required
* Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
* Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Authorization to work in the United States
* Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire
Your Responsibilities:
As an RBT, you will:
* Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
* Provide direct one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
* Collect and analyze data to track individual progress and make informed decisions
* Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with the BCBA and team members for effective intervention implementation
* Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates and address concerns
* Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports
* Attend regular supervision and training sessions for professional development
Physical Requirements:
This role requires physical capabilities including:
* Walking, occasional running, standing, sitting
* Kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling
* Twisting, reaching above head, pulling, bending
* Lifting up to 50 pounds
