Project Manager – HMO Developments
Location: North West (Crewe/Greater Manchester)
Contract: Temporary with potential full-time

Northpoint is a property investment and management company specialising in high-end HMO conversions. With 11 projects underway, we need an experienced Project Manager to deliver a full HMO development from start to finish.
Role
* Manage end-to-end HMO conversion, from planning to handover
* Oversee timelines, budgets, trades, and compliance
* Coordinate architects, engineers, and local authorities
* Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements
* Proven experience in property refurbishments or HMO conversions
* Strong knowledge of building regs and HMO compliance
* Ability to manage teams and deliver projects on time and budget
* Full UK driving licence
