Job Description:
My client, an award-winning Travel Insurance provider specialising in protecting individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, is looking for a reliable and organised Post Room Assistant. This is a 6-month FTC role, to start immediately.
Established in 2000, the company has expanded to five offices and employs over 400 staff members.
* Receive and distribute company post to relevant departments in a timely manner
* Arrange special and recorded deliveries when instructed
* Ensure customer fulfilment packs are dispatched within 5 working days, avoiding cross contamination
* Action Contact Centre emails within service levels
* Report operational issues with printers to the IT Department promptly
* Maintain adequate stock of stationery and printer ink to meet fulfilment obligations
* Maintain a professional and courteous manner towards colleagues
This role also involves assisting with office admin and facilities. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, values accuracy, works well as part of a team, and is eager to expand their skills.
To be considered, you will need:
* Experience in a Post room environment, including filing or administration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Strong organisational skills
* Team player attitude
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Availability for the full 6 months
