Customer Contact Week Europe (CCW Europe) is the region’s leading analyst and industry network to the Customer Management community. With a cross industry focus, representing practitioners from leading Enterprises we focus on the following practise areas:

The Conference Producer is at the heart of what we do. You will identify topics through in-depth market research, write and produce a commercially viable conference agenda that offers excellent relationship building, knowledge transfer and BD opportunities for delegates, sponsors and speakers. Becoming a Subject Matter Expert, project managing, and fostering strong relationships is key.
Responsibilities:
* Deep research, keeping ahead of trends and gaining insights by staying in contact with the community
* Strategy and project management
* Copywriting and producing conference agendas
* Speaker acquisition
* Delivering marketing strategies, formulating marketing copy, forging media partnerships
* Working closely with and briefing the sales teams
* Working closely with clients- speakers, sponsors and delegates, to ensure the smooth running of events from product development to onsite delivery
* Ensuring conferences run to schedule, within budget
* Public speaking- opening the conference and addressing a large audience
Requirements:
* Commercial acumen
* Confidence and ability to customer-face, on the phone and in-person
* Can assimilate complex information quickly
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Proven verbal and written communication skills with a passion or flair for copywriting
* The ability to sell an original idea to senior management
* Strong time management and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Entrepreneurial and creative inclination
* Able to react and respond quickly to market needs / internal factors
