We are hiring for a client who are currently based in Brackmills, Northampton, however they will be moving to Corby in Spring 2027. This is a temp to perm role available to start for Monday.
Role Details
1. Monday to Friday - Shifts will be 8.5 hours. 8 hours paid with 30 mins unpaid break.
2. Shift hours may be 07:30-16:00 or 09:30-18:00.
3. Pay rate is £13.45 per hour
4. Daily Tasks - (in brief - and not limited to)
5. Liaise with the clients customer service teams
6. Healthcare setting
7. Communicate daily with clients, drivers, transport team, management in all levels.
8. Daily reports - various
9. Phone and email communication
10. POD support where needed.
11. Complaint process support where needed.
12. Quality support with Temperature deviations
13. Arranging Ad hoc emergency deliveries - Sameday & Next day.
14. Use of Customers Ordering system
