Full-time contract, working at the logistics hub Monday to Friday between 7.30-3.30, with full flexibility required during peak trading season.
We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader to support the Shift Manager in daily warehouse operations. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, leading a team to deliver exceptional results.
You’ll work across inbound, inventory, outbound, and reverse logistics, taking on various tasks while supporting your team. This role offers the chance to develop, coach, and empower your team for success.
The role
* Carry out daily shift operations, supporting the shift manager in managing end-to-end functions.
* Plan and prioritize team workloads daily, creating and assigning work as needed.
* Report daily shift performance and hand over to managers.
* Monitor KPI performance, coaching operatives for improvement.
* Support people management tasks such as attendance monitoring and return-to-work meetings.
* Ensure housekeeping and Health & Safety compliance at all times, acting as an ambassador for good H&S practice.
* Empower the team to make decisions and take ownership.
* Represent the brand and champion our values.
You'll be great if you:
* Have solid warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail or multi-channel settings.
* Are target-oriented and service-focused.
* Are a great people manager, able to coach and empower a team.
* Have experience with systems and Microsoft Office.
* Are aware of Health & Safety practices.
* Are flexible and proactive.
