Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Technician at our Volkswagen Dealership in Stafford.
Basic Salary between £28,000 and £32,000 depending on experience with realistic OTE of up to £50,000.

Role and Responsibilities:
* To undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles of all types to the highest standard to meet company and franchise requirements
* Measure, test and diagnose vehicle faults
* Repair diagnosed vehicles, replace parts, lubricants and consumables
* Record all service and repair operations as required by the company and the manufacturer
* Work in a safe and professional manor, operating to health and safety standards
* Identify additional work and maintenance requirements on vehicles using an established EVHC process
The ideal candidate will:
* Be qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
* Have previous experience working in a Technician or mechanic role
* Ideally hold a valid MOT testing qualification (preferable but not essential)
* Take responsibility for the safety, standard and quantity of their work
* Hold a full UK driving licence
