TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.&xa;&xa; Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Coordination and delivery of all EFL related matchday deliverables Collating and backing up all shoot rushes Management of media on nearline and Synology storage systems Managing Media Shuttle delivery requests – uploads and downloads Keeping all spreadsheets and documentation up to date Assisting productions with media management queries and being the first port of call for any troubleshooting that may be required. Ingesting footage from a variety of codecs and formats Working alongside the production team to help research, source, download, and organise clips for live studio, features, promos, and edits. Maintenance and housekeeping of short, medium and long-term storage solutions Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with key departmental personnel Effective Support for the Senior Media Manager(s) Develop understanding and proficiency of production and delivery workflows Develop proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere & AVID) Responding to feedback from Senior Media Coordinator, Producers & Assistant Producers Ability to work independently on projects, with supervision – proactive approach Take on more responsibility according to experience Knowledge and Experience Proven IT skills Some knowledge of editing software (Avid or Adobe Premiere) Knowledge of different file formats / codecs Understanding of production workflows Desirable Previous experience of working in a TV production environment Able to demonstrate research ability & editorial judgement Working knowledge of IP Director and Viz One Skills and Abilities Good interpersonal and communication skills Proven organizational skills and attention to detail Initiative and ability to prioritise workload without close supervision Self-Shooting Good interpersonal skills Excellent team player Copes well under tight deadlines “Can-do” attitude Working Conditions This role is based at IMG Stockley Park. This is a 12 month Fixed-Term contract. You will be required to work on all Football League & DFB match rounds including weekends and evenings.
