Day-to-Day of the Role
As an SEN Education Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to children with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
* Work closely with teachers to implement education plans and adapt learning activities to suit the needs of each child.
* Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages students to thrive both academically and socially.
* Assist with the development of social skills and independence in a fun and engaging manner.
* Participate in training sessions as part of our collaboration with a prestigious multi-academy trust, which includes internal training for team teach techniques.
