About the Role TeamJobs is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in building technologies for an experienced Senior BMS/HVAC Estimator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering complex Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC solutions across a range of projects. You'll play a key role in producing accurate, competitive cost estimates while collaborating with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure technically sound and commercially viable solutions. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract with an immediate start preferred to allow for a comprehensive handover, with potential for extension depending on business needs.
