The School

The role
Ashfield School is looking to appoint a dedicated Attendance Officer to join the existing Attendance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the whole school attendance by working with families and outside agencies.
* Coordinate attendance records and liaise with parents and support services.
* Provide guidance to teachers and students on attendance policies.
* Analyse attendance trends and report to leadership.
* Support the development of attendance improvement plans.

* Relevant experience in attendance management or educational support.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection.
