Duties
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
* Assist customers with product selection and upselling to enhance their shopping experience.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform basic mathematical calculations for transactions and inventory management.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.
* Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours.
* Support promotional activities and events to drive sales and engagement.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
* Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
