Void Surveyor
Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire
Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £40,956 - £45,506 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a proven property maintenance professional with survey, diagnosis and remedial action expertise to step into a brand new role with our dedicated organisation.
As a Void Surveyor, you'll be ensuring that our properties are safe and in great condition. Working alongside contractors and internal teams, you'll make sure we meet statutory and regulatory standards to support our tenants. This brand new role will see you support new beginnings for our residents, delivering homes that reflect our commitment to quality, care and community. You'll achieve this by effectively surveying properties, preparing specs and works orders, identifying resources and working with planners to ensure timely delivery. Ensuring quality results, you'll conduct inspections, handle complaints and snagging issues, and ensure everything is in great condition.
Were looking for someone with
- Property maintenance experience
- A thorough understanding of building principles, including surveys, diagnosis and remedial action using logical, evidence and fact-based processes
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and CDM
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- A driving licence and own vehicle
Due to the nature of the role, a basic DBS check will be required.
