Job Description
3. Analyse financial data and provide insights to support project decision-making.
4. Prepare detailed financial models and projections for development projects.
5. Preparation of budgets and forecasts for investments and ongoing management of projects 'in life'
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
7. Monitor project costs and identify potential financial risks.
8. Prepare presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
9. Support the implementation of financial best practices and processes.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered:
10. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and qualified Accountant
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
12. Experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
13. Knowledge of financial management of projects - e.g. civil / infrastructure projects, construction, large scale engineering
14. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
15. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
16. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
