The Role As a Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant, you will: Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who require additional social, emotional, or behavioural support. Implement behaviour strategies tailored to individual needs. Support the class teacher with intervention work and classroom management. Help create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment. Build trust and strong working relationships with pupils who may display challenging behaviours.
