This position is responsible for delivering a high-quality recruitment service that supports an esatblished and growing organisation's current and future hiring needs. Working within the Talent function, you will manage recruitment activity across the full lifecycle.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment assignments from role approval through to successful hire and onboarding.
* Work in partnership with hiring managers to define role requirements and agree effective hiring strategies.
* Promote fair, inclusive, and unbiased recruitment practices across all hiring activity.
* Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing, social platforms, and advertising channels.
* Support interview processes, offering advice on assessment approaches, decision-making, and compliance.
* Develop engaging attraction content to increase visibility of opportunities and engage passive candidates.
* Act as an ambassador for the Talent function, supporting employer brand activity through events and networking.
