As a Support Worker with IHM Duties, you will assist in the delivery of Making Space aims and objectives to deliver a professional service by providing support and care for service users.
The service provides Intensive Housing Management (IHM) at a higher level of housing management services to tenants who need increased assistance to maintain their tenancies. This includes regular landlord tasks and helping tenants access support and care from Social Services.

Location: Mount Pleasant Supported Housing, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 3EX. This is a PART TIME role as a Support Worker with IHM Duties to join the team based in Congleton.
Responsibilities
* The service provides support in the Congleton area to people with complex support needs and provides one-to-one support to tenants living at the scheme, including shopping, budgeting, housing management and socialisation.
* Assist in delivery ofMaking Space aims and objectives and provide a professional service through support and care for service users.
* Carry out Intensive Housing Management tasks to help tenants maintain their tenancies and access external support services when needed.
Requirements / Qualifications

* Successful applicants will be subject to employment checks, including DBS and references, and safeguarding training.
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the United Kingdom is required.
