Your days (and nights) will involve: Helping children with daily living tasks and life‑skills development. Supporting in-class learning and positive behaviour strategies. Planning and joining in activities like baking sessions, cinema trips, forest walks and more. Maintaining a welcoming home‑from‑home: laundry, meals, shopping, tidying. Collaborating with clinical staff, educators, and local authorities. Who We’re Looking For We welcome enthusiastic graduates who: Hold a degree (or equivalent qualification) in childcare, education, social work, psychology, health or a related field. Are compassionate, adaptable, and able to “read” and respond to varied situations. Possess strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with children or young people. Have a full UK driving licence (essential due to rural location and activity transport). Bring energy and flexibility to cover a range of shifts including evenings, late nights, and sleep‑ins. Experience is welcome but not essential: comprehensive training, mentorship, and NVQ opportunities will be provided.
