CNC Machinist – Milling & Turning Hemsworth | £15.50 - £17.50 per hour (depending on experience) | Permanent | Rotating Shifts We're recruiting CNC Machinists for a globally recognised company in Hemsworth that designs and builds custom staging, set pieces, and stage machinery for the live entertainment industry. We have opportunities for both CNC Setter/Operators and CNC Programmer/Setters working on mills and lathes - producing precision components for major tours, concerts, and events worldwide. What you'll be doing: Setting and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines Programming at the machine (Programmer level) Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances for bespoke entertainment projects Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Performing in-process inspection to maintain quality standards Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area What you need: CNC Setter/Operator: Proven experience setting and operating CNC mills and/or lathes Ability to work from engineering drawings Fanuc controls preferred (other controls considered) CNC Programmer/Setter: Experience programming, setting, and operating CNC machines Confident programming at the machine Fanuc controls preferred (other controls considered) Fusion360 knowledge beneficial What's on offer: £15.50 - &poun...
