We’re on the hunt for a Creative Lead who lives and breathes youth culture, digital trends, and creative tech - and who can channel that knowledge into big, bold ideas with relevance and commercial impact.

The Role

This role is for someone with ambition and vision, ready to step into a Creative Director role within three years. As Creative Lead, you’ll be the engine of creative innovation at Hunterlodge. You’ll develop ideas that spark conversation, fuel engagement, and connect authentically with diverse audiences, with a particular focus on younger demographics such as students and early-career professionals.

You’ll:

* Lead the creative process from idea to execution, keeping cultural insight at the heart of the work.
* Translate your understanding of youth culture, platforms, and trends into campaigns that feel fresh, real, and relevant.
* Experiment with new formats, digital-first storytelling, and AI-powered creativity.
* Inspire colleagues and clients with your vision, energy, and understanding of what’s next.
* Balance creativity and effectiveness, making work that wins pitches and delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

* Creative Leadership – Lead integrated campaigns (digital, social, video, OOH, print) that cut through and resonate with today’s youth-driven culture.
* Pitching & New Business – Fuel pitches with fresh, energetic ideas rooted in cultural relevance.
* Concept Development – Turn insights into brave, culturally tuned campaigns that make brands matter to younger audiences.
* Innovation – Keep us ahead of the curve by embracing new platforms, tech, and AI-driven creative.
* Collaboration – Partner across design, strategy, copy, and media to deliver joined-up campaigns.
* Client Engagement – Present with passion and authority, bringing ideas to life with energy and clarity.

Skills & Experience

* 5+ years’ creative experience in an agency environment.
* A portfolio of integrated campaigns that show cultural edge and creativity.
* Proven success in pitching and winning new business.
* Sharp conceptual skills with the ability to visualise and sell ideas.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Confident leading and inspiring a team while staying hands-on.
* Experience with youth audiences
* Knowledge of AI-driven creative tools and digital-first formats.
* Creative content background with multi-channel expertise.
