KeyDuties/Accountabilities:
To undertake arange of administrative duties to support teams and ensure a highquality customerfocused and valueformoney administrativeservice.
In particularto be able to receive file and issue documents to internal andexternal client groups as part of a statutoryprocess.
To be able tokeep accurate records of work and manage data and recording systemsincluding crossreferencing EXCEL spreadsheets to ensure informationis recorded in such a way that the local authority can comply withand report on statutoryresponsibilities.
To be able tomanage relationships with client groups (e.g. professionals engagedwith children with special educational needs including schoolSENDCOs and parents / carers) to be able to gather relevantinformation in a timelyway.
To maintainaccurate and administrative systems including electronic and manualinformation management systems and be confident learning newelectronic data management and document storagesystems.
To address andcarry out the annual reviews and its backlog.
