The RoleThis role involves handling Zscaler-related requests, issues, and migrations in a customer environment. The role is critical, as it is a Business-As-Usual (BAU) task, with no other personnel currently assigned to this requirement. The candidate may need to create and manage change requests by collaborating with multiple teams and gathering the required information.Your Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement Zscaler Solutions: Architect and deploy Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions to secure internet-bound and internal application traffic.
* Integrate Zscaler Services: Work with enterprise infrastructure like identity providers, SIEM platforms, firewalls, and endpoint security tools to implement a zero-trust framework.
* Manage Zscaler Configurations: Maintain configurations, including policy setup, app connectors, authentication profiles, and access control to ensure secure and consistent connectivity.
* Monitor and Troubleshoot Network Traffic: Analyse logs, monitor network traffic, troubleshoot performance or access issues, and optimize Zscaler deployments for reliability and low latency.
* Collaborate with Security Teams: Align Zscaler policies with compliance requirements, assist in audits, and support incident response processes.
* Administer Microsoft Entra ID: Manage user and group lifecycle, directory synchronization, and role-based access control (RBAC) to enforce least privilege access across Azure resources.
* Configure Single Sign-On (SSO): Maintain SSO for Enterprise Applications, integrating with protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for seamless and secure user access.
* Implement Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM): Control and monitor just-in-time (JIT) privileged access, approval workflows, and time-bound assignments for critical roles.
* Manage Identity Governance: Design and manage Access Packages and entitlement workflows to streamline access requests, approvals, and reviews.
* Create Conditional Access Policies: Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies based on contextual signals (e.g., user risk, device compliance, and location).
Your ProfileEssential Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
* Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
* Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
* Experience managing and maintaining Zscaler configurations
* Ability to monitor network traffic, analyze logs, and troubleshoot performance or access issues
* Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
* Experience configuring and maintaining Single Sign-On (SSO) for Enterprise Applications
* Familiarity with Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
* Experience in managing Identity Governance
* Ability to create and enforce Conditional Access Policies and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
