Production Operator - Ross-shire

Hours
* Monday to Friday 7 am pm
* 37.5 hour paid working week
The role of Production Operator:
* Operate machinery and equipment safety and efficiently.
* Prepare, process and pack fish products according to specifications.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and workplace safety.
* Carry out quality checks and report any issues.
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
The ideal Production Operator:
* Previous experience in food production or factory work is an advantage but not essential.
* Previous knife skills would be advantageous.
* Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
* Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Initially the roles are temporary, however, a permanent role may be available after a period on the temporary contract. This should be considered when applying. Candidate must be comfortable working in a cold environment.
