Job Title: Electrical Project Lead
Location: Ballymena Branch
Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours/week) | 29 Days Holiday (including 8 statutory days)

We are seeking a hands-on, driven Electrical Project Lead to join our team in Ballymena. What We're Looking For:
* Strong electrical background with confidence in managing projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, contractor management, and safety compliance.
* Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
* Leadership skills to manage teams and solve problems on-site.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* HV experience is a bonus but not essential (training provided).
* Full qualification as an electrician with at least 5 years' experience in electrical project management.
* Experience in installing and commissioning LV distribution panels.
* Understanding of health & safety practices (IOSH Managing Safely preferred).
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
The Role Includes:
1. Leading and delivering electrical engineering projects.
2. Planning, scheduling, and managing budgets.
3. Attending and leading project meetings.
4. Overseeing contractors and enforcing safety procedures.
5. Writing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
6. Managing QA compliance and producing handover documentation.
7. Supporting commissioning and testing (FAT/SAT).
8. Problem-solving and providing on-site solutions.
9. Generating project reports and updating senior management.
10. Flexibility for occasional weekend work depending on project needs.
