* Support the store manager and Store Supervisor
As a Butchery Supervisor, you'll take the lead in preparing a wide range of meat cuts to meet customer expectations and uphold company standards. Alongside delivering knowledgeable, friendly service with clear advice and recommendations, you'll ensure the highest levels of hygiene and food safety are consistently maintained. You'll work closely with colleagues to create an efficient, positive team environment and play an active role in driving sales to meet store targets.
