Job Description
1. Oversee all QA/QC processes for a large‑scale data center project.
2. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
3. Collaborate with site leadership, engineering teams, and subcontractors to drive quality excellence.
4. Manage documentation, inspections, audits, and close‑out compliance requirements.
5. Proactively identify quality risks and implement corrective actions.
6. Support ongoing quality improvements across project phases.

The Successful Applicant
7. 10+ years of construction experience with a strong QA/QC background.
8. Proven experience specifically in data center QA/QC (required).
9. Strong understanding of advanced-sector construction (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Heavy Industrial, Complex Manufacturing).
10. Detail‑driven, documentation‑oriented, and able to enforce standards with confidence.
11. Strong communicator comfortable leading quality initiatives across large teams.
12. Education preferred but not required.
