Job Description:

The Vacancy:

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and be proactive in managing and maintaining the accuracy of contractual information within AAG UK.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams (product & purchasing, finance, IT), external suppliers, and other AAG teams globally. Effective communication and ability to work with all levels of the business are essential.

A knowledge of legal and compliance processes would be beneficial, but a methodical attitude is key.

The position reports to the UK Purchasing Contract Manager.


Job Functions:

* Contract Information Management and Maintenance
* Compliance with Policies and Procedures
* Conducting effective training and education


Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain Contract databases/data systems
* Manage and maintain customer portals
* Prepare and complete contractual documents
* Support all aspects of contract and compliance processes
* Handle supplier and internal queries on contract and compliance issues
* Update and document contractual processes (e.g., New Supplier Process & Manual)
* Process internal documents for approval
* Manage internal access, including auditing staff authorization levels on contractual systems
* Support contractual processes for New Supplier Groups
* Participate in ad hoc project work
* Ensure accuracy of customer portals and contractual documents
* Keep contractual information up to date
* Deliver contractual and compliance tasks on time


Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with Product/Purchasing Team, Finance, IT, and Suppliers, with continuous collaboration.


Personal Requirements:

* Attention to detail and good command of English
* Understanding of legal and compliance frameworks
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
