Role Requirements
The firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied workload of estate administration and advisory matters, providing guidance to clients whilst supporting colleagues across the wider team.
Experience
* Scottish qualified Solicitor with private client expertise (NQs considered)
* Background in executries, wills, trusts and estate planning
* Ability to handle complex or unusual matters that require practical legal solutions
Skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused, compassionate approach
* Attention to detail combined with pragmatic problem-solving abilities
* Clear written and verbal communication for effective client guidance
