The role
You'll join a busy and well-established corporate team, working closely with an experienced partner and a group of respected lawyers advising some of Scotland's most dynamic businesses. The role offers a broad mix of corporate work, including:
* Investments and fundraising
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Shareholder arrangements
* Share incentivisation and equity schemes
What you\'ll be doing
* Managing your own portfolio of clients with early and meaningful client contact
* Taking increasing responsibility as you progress, based on capability rather than strict PQE
* Contributing to larger, more complex transactions while leading smaller matters independently
About you
This opportunity would suit someone who is:
* A qualified solicitor with 2+ years\' PQE in corporate transactional work (some flexibility on PQE)
* Experienced in running transactions from start to finish
* Commercially aware, organised and confident managing competing deadlines
* Personable, client-focused and an excellent communicator
