About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Health & Safety professional to support the Facilities Management team in managing contractor compliance and CDM responsibilities. You'll play a vital role in ensuring all project work is delivered safely and to best practice standards across our fast-paced environment.
You'll engage actively with Facilities and wider business teams, nurturing strong relationships with contractors and promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
Location: Typically 3-4 days on-site with 1-2 days working from home for flexibility and balance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct focused Health & Safety inspections on construction and facilities projects across multiple sites.
2. Ensure timely closure of all actions raised during inspections and audits.
3. Collate data and produce clear reports outlining findings, trends, and recommendations.
4. Apply audit process skills to evaluate contractor performance and FM compliance.
