What You'll Be Doing
* Set and deliver a company-wide data and analytics strategy that enables smarter decisions, better reporting, and greater efficiency
* Collaborate closely with teams to unlock the potential of data, streamline reporting, and unlock hidden value from their data estate
* Lead, mentor, and grow a talented Data team, empowering them to deliver high-quality insights and business-critical reporting
* Shape the data roadmap across the entire lifecycle, from engineering and modelling to dashboards, governance, and tooling
* Champion best practices around data governance and build a community of data users across the business
* Act as the strategic link between business and technology, working alongside senior stakeholders to drive the right outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles
* A strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of data architecture, reporting tools, and BI platforms
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative, proactive approach
* Tech stack (SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Azure, DevOps)
