We are currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Controller to join our Client based in Basingstoke. Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Controller On Target Earnings of £56000. The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5pm / 1 In 4 Saturdays 8am - 12pm. Benefits: Up To £50,000 Basic / £56,000 OTE Monday To Friday 7.30am - 5pm / 1 In 4 Saturdays 8am - 12pm Brand New Bodyshop Opening This Month Must Have Previous Bodyshop Background - Ex-Productive Ideal Candidate Independently Run Bodyshop Environment Specification: Have experience as a Bodyshop Controller within an Accident Repair Centre Have a strong knowledge of the workings of an Automotive Bodyshop Leadership Qualities and Supervisory Skills An up-to-date technical knowledge and skills Strong Communication skills with the ability to understand customer expectations Responsibilities: Liaise with Centre Manager and productive team to ensure best process. Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the team. Monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to ensure key performance indicators are met. To calculate and manage the effective use of the bodyshop. Plan the distribution of work among the team utilising available skills mix. Monitor the quality of work carried out on accident damaged vehicles and ensure work is carried out to a high standard. Identify individual training and development needs.
