What is the role?
Being Care Professional, involves supporting with several tasks:
* Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes.
* Assist with daily activities such a personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
* Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity.
* Build meaningful relationships and engage in social activities with clients.
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
No experience or qualifications necessary, as we have a streamlined recruitment process which includes a two-day induction, with online e-learning, in a supportive environment.
