The role: CDM Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)
This role is suitable for someone interested in or looking to progress in QHSE or Principal Design careers. As the QHSE/CDM Administrator, you will support the CDM Principal Design team and assist in producing relevant CDM documentation.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of the Principal Designer role and how CDM regulations are applied throughout a project. Additionally, developing knowledge of Health and Safety practices will be part of the role. You will join a close-knit team working across various construction projects, managing your own time to support the Principal Designer and QHSE Team.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the production of relevant CDM documentation.
* Collate documents for Pre-Construction Information Packs.
* Maintain and update reports related to site project progress.
* Input and ensure accuracy of data in online reporting systems.
* Analyze and produce reports to support the team.
* Support the delivery of the CDM Principal Designer role.
* Assist the wider QHSE team.
Person Specification:
* Experience in a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency with Microsoft systems, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
* Good organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
* Drive, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
