Job Description: Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (Bingham NG13, Nottinghamshire) * Start Date: ASAP The client is a small, family-owned residential care provider based in Nottinghamshire, operating nine children’s homes. Recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, the client offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for children aged 5–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). We are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join dedicated team at an established home where 3 children reside. We’re looking for an individual who can act as a therapeutic parent—providing high levels of care, support, and stability to help children achieve outstanding outcomes.
