Are you organised, proactive, and looking to build a career in a successful manufacturing business? One of our clients are looking for a confident communicator to help keep things moving smoothly.
They currently have a bottleneck in the team - a team of Sales Administrators rely on one central Sales Support specialist to handle estimating and break down incoming enquiries into clear, manageable pieces. They need an extra pair of hands to keep the workflow efficient and ensure nothing gets missed.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the estimation process and breaking down customer enquiries into actionable tasks
Working closely with Sales Administrators to gather accurate information
Updating internal systems and spreadsheets (basic Excel skills are enough!)
Asking questions when something isn't clear - they encourage curiosity, not guesswork
Helping to streamline workflow and keep projects on track
What we're looking for
Some previous work experience - office/admin experience is a bonus, not a must
Someone confident, switched-on, and willing to learn
Comfortable with basic Excel
A team player who communicates clearly and isn't afraid to ask if they're unsure
