They are seeking an Aftersales Account Manager to develop existing customer relationships. This is a permanent, onsite role at their offices in Leicestershire.

The Role
1. Collaborate with engineering and applications teams, receiving expert training to promote a range of solutions to customers.
2. Manage customer renewals and drive new business across services like software, support contracts, training, accessories, and aftermarket products.
3. Identify and generate new sales through calling, networking, and referrals.
4. Work closely with the applications team to offer both off-the-shelf and bespoke solutions, demonstrating product value.
The Person
Ideal candidates will have experience in a consultative sales environment with technically focused products such as software or engineering services. Experience in a KPI-driven, revenue-targeted setting is essential, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer success. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes are required. The role is based on-site in Leicestershire, with some travel to customer sites and occasional international travel.
