*Role Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to residents within our aged care facility located at Guildford and Midland. You will play a key role in mobility improvement, falls prevention, pain management and restoring physical independence.
*Responsibilities And Duties*
* Assess, plan, and develop individualised physiotherapy programs
* Conduct mobility and functional assessments
* Implement evidence-based pain management strategies
* Work collaboratively with nursing, care, and lifestyle teams
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
This role is being hired on either a permanent part-time or full-time basis and works across our Guildford Village and Midland Nursing Home facilities. The salary range for this position ranges from 80k-90k per annum plus super.
*About You*
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Experience in aged care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to delivering empathetic, client-centred care
