Training Administrator
Location: Midlands (supporting 6 training centres)
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–16:00

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Training Administrator to join our team and help support the smooth running of our busy training centres.
The Role
This is a full-time role for someone who is highly organised, confident, and able to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for ensuring training courses run smoothly by managing bookings, coordinating learners and trainers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing bookings, joining instructions, course materials, and registrations
* Coordinating between learners, trainers, and external partners
* Handling course paperwork, registers, and compliance documentation
* Supporting front-of-house duties (welcoming learners and providing centre support)
* Assisting with coordination across 6 training venues
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
* Communicating effectively with trainees, trainers, and stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate training records and databases
* Supporting the Senior Training Coordinator when needed (sourcing trainers, handling busy periods)
About You
* Previous experience in the training industry, ideally Health & Safety, or in a similar administrative role
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organisational and IT skills
* Able to work confidently both as part of a team and independently
* Quick to learn and able to use initiative
* Knowledge of NVQs, awarding bodies, or training grants is an advantage
* High attention to detail with a proactive approach
* Friendly, professional, and team-focused attitude

Additional Information
* This is a full-time position.
* Occasional travel may be required to support other centres (fuel costs covered).
