Are you a motivated GP eager to make a difference? We are currently seeking 1-2 exceptional Salaried GPs to join our dynamic and supportive team. Salary and Benefits:
1. Competitive salary range (dependent on experience) inclusive of weekly pro rata CPD as per BMA contract.
2. Additional 1-week pro rata study leave plus paid session for appraisal/appraisal preparation.
3. Flexible working arrangements: 6-8 sessions available
Main duties of the job
4. Delivering appropriate medical care to patients.
5. Contributing to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
6. Participating in the training of GP registrars with allocated tutorial and debrief slots on rotation.

Job responsibilities
The main duties of the GP will be;
17. The delivery of appropriate medical care to patients
18. Prescribing adhering to local and national guidance
19. Maintaining accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance
20. Working collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the workload
21. Adhering to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the audit process
22. Contribution to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives
23. Attending and contributing effectively to service/practice meetings as required
24. Ensuring personal compliance with the appraisal process
25. Preparing for and completing the revalidation process
26. Commitment to self-learning and contributing to an ethos of continuing professional development across the service/practice team

Qualifications
Essential
27. MBBS or equivalent medical degree Full registration with GMC Certification of Completion of Training Inclusion on Performers List MRCGP Evidence of a commitment to on-going personal & professional development
