Location: Nottingham (NG2)
Pay Rate: £95–£120 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who require guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning for schools in Nottingham (NG2). This is a highly rewarding role for someone who believes in second chances and consistent support.

Day-to-Day Involvement
* Deliver one-to-one and small-group behaviour interventions
* Support pupils during lessons, transitions, and break times
* De-escalate challenging situations using positive strategies
* Encourage self-control, resilience, and accountability
* Liaise with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

What Makes You a Good Behaviour Mentor Fit
* Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs
* Patient, resilient, and emotionally intelligent approach
* Confident communication and strong boundaries
* Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
