The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Mentor to deliver expert advice and support to pre-start, start-up, and growing businesses. Working closely with individuals and organisations, you will help develop business plans, financial projections, and offer key strategic guidance to enable long-term success?. Key Responsibilities: Deliver enterprise support and advice to private businesses and social enterprises Write business plans and develop financial projections Signpost clients to additional support resources where appropriate Develop and promote Mallusk Enterprise Park's ethos through marketing and communication Liaise with partner organisations and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships? You will have a proven track record in business, economic development, or enterprise support?. About you: Minimum 2 years’ experience in business planning/economic development or 3 years running your own business 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English (Grade C or above) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent organisational, communication, and customer care skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability Full UK driving licence and access to a car Desirable: A third-level or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, management, marketing, HR) Experience in strategic partnership building, project management, and delivering mentoring sessions.
