We’re now looking for a Spa Manager to lead Leaf Spa, taking full ownership of a high-performing, revenue-driven department while putting care, quality and people at the heart of everything you do. About the role As Spa Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of Leaf Spa and Leisure, balancing exceptional guest experience with commercial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for our spa and gym areas featuring five treatment rooms and generating around £500k in annual revenue, through treatments and spa experiences. You’ll have full accountability for standards, service delivery, financial performance and team development. You’ll create a calm, welcoming and impeccably organised environment where guests feel instantly at ease — ensuring consistently high standards across treatments, cleanliness, presentation and compliance. Alongside the operational side, you’ll manage budgets, control costs and actively drive revenue. You’ll also work closely with the wider hotel team to maximise opportunities and ensure the spa and fitness facilities play a key role in the overall guest journey. About you For this role a recognised spa or beauty therapy qualification is essential, along with experience working within a hotel or luxury spa environment. You’ll be: • An experienced spa, wellness or hospitality leader who understands that great spas are built on people, consistency and commercial awareness. • Someone who enjoys motivating and developing their team and is approachable, organised and supportive • Confident managing rotas, stock, standards and budgets • Passionate about guest experience and service quality, resolving queries with care and professionalism.
