Role: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Brighton (office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Pay: £24,700 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join one of our clients, a busy and supportive organisation based in Brighton.

The Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration or sales support is desirable
* Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail
* Able to manage a high volume of work while meeting deadlines
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team
* GCSE (or equivalent) preferred
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Must be able to commute reliably to Brighton or relocate before starting
The Role:
* Provide day-to-day support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations
* Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails, offering assistance to customers and external partners
* Enter customer details into partner systems to progress finance applications quickly and efficiently
* Keep the sales team and customers updated on the progress of live orders
* Schedule deliveries with external suppliers and arrange vehicle collections at the end of contracts
* Accurately record information into the internal CRM system
* Ensure compliance requirements are met while delivering excellent customer service
