Project Manager (Lifecycle & Variations) Oldham £50,000 - £55,000 Company Vehicle or Allowance £5,500 25/8 days annual leave Bonus Private healthcare Life Assurance & Excellent Company Benefits We are working in partnership with a leading Facilities Management services provider to recruit an experienced Lifecycle Project Manager. This role is based on a large, operational healthcare site in the Greater Manchester area and offers an excellent opportunity to join an organisation delivering high-quality FM solutions across complex, critical environments. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, management, and delivery of lifecycle and variation projects across Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric assets, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end delivery of lifecycle and capital replacement projects across M&E and fabric disciplines. * Manage project budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial control and compliance with contract requirements. * Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure effective communication and minimal disruption to site operations. * Develop scopes of work, technical specifications, and tender documentation for upcoming projects. * Monitor performance, quality, and health & safety compliance throughout project delivery. * Support asset management planning and provide input into long-term lifecycle strategies. * Ensure all works are aligned with statutory and contractual standards within a live healthcare environment. Skills & Experience * Proven track record in project management within a Facilities Management or Building Services environment. * It would be desired if applicants held a strong technical knowledge across Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Fabric systems. However this is not essential. * Experience managing lifecycle or capital projects in healthcare, PFI, or similarly complex environments. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Financial and commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and cost forecasting. * Knowledge of CDM Regulations and H&S best practice.
