An international, Tier 1 Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Managing Associate (5 PQE) to join its leading Manchester practice. This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's top real estate teams, advising major investors, developers and occupiers on complex and high-value transactions across the country. The Role You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, working alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the market. The work will include: Acting on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management Advising on major development, investment and regeneration projects Managing your own caseload and taking a leading role on significant transactions Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and supporting their professional growth Building trusted client relationships and contributing to business development This is an ideal role for a lawyer who enjoys high-quality work within a collaborative and ambitious team.
