An international, Tier 1 Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Managing Associate (5+ PQE) to join its leading Manchester practice.
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's top real estate teams, advising major investors, developers and occupiers on complex and high-value transactions across the country.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, working alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the market. The work will include:
* Acting on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and portfolio management
* Advising on major development, investment and regeneration projects
* Managing your own caseload and taking a leading role on significant transactions
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and supporting their professional growth
* Building trusted client relationships and contributing to business development
This is an ideal role for a lawyer who enjoys high-quality work within a collaborative and ambitious team.
About You
You will ideally:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial property or real estate work
* Have experience handling complex transactions and dealing directly with clients
* Be confident managing files independently while working as part of a wider team
* Have strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Be ambitious, proactive and looking to develop within a supportive environment
