What’s involved?
Brodies have a great opportunity for a Digital Support Apprentice to support their Paralegal team based in Glasgow.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our bespoke case management systems, acting as a first response for system-driven tasks and supporting workflow accuracy across multiple teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Working collaboratively across teams, supporting the Paralegal Team with diary management, task administration, and workflow progression
* Managing and updating our bespoke case management system Imanage, ensuring all workflows are progressed accurately and on time
* Send out client agreements using Adobe Sign and support with onboarding new clients
* Preparing, collating, and issuing court papers via recorded delivery, monitoring receipt through Royal Mail Track and Trace, and updating system statuses accordingly
* Completing file closure tasks, including reviewing outstanding accounts receivable and WIP, and ensuring system records are fully accurate and up to date
* Assisting with the enhancement of existing reports and the development of new reporting tools within our systems

Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Working week:
35 hours per week, between the core hours of 8am and 6pm
