Due to continued growth in the topographical survey department, we now have an exciting opportunity for Land Surveyor to join our Hemel Hempstead or Crawley office. This is a permanent, full time position. Responsibilities: Assisting our Land Surveyors in data collection though multiple practices: Undertaking any other activities required to help our senior surveyors complete their works Completing site documentation for site work crews Drafting data or help finalising reports Experience: The ideal candidate should have: 3 Years’ experience delivering land surveys essential At least 1 Year UK based experience delivering land surveys Competent user of survey instrumentation – GPS, Total Stations, knowledge of 3D laser scanning would be an advantage Competent user of 2D / 3D AutoCAD Experience of completing (MBS) Measured Building Surveys would be an advantage Must hold a UK Driving License Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Contributory Pension Scheme Free life assurance cover A flexible benefits programme including the option to buy additional holidays and private health care We encourage Continuing Professional Development and, as a Registered Practice with the Geological Society or Institute of Civil Engineers, we are committed to supporting candidates along the pathway to Chartership.
